 Peppermint Winter Delights

Ingredients
  • 200g rolled oats
  • 240g unsweetened applesauce
  • 50g crushed peppermint candies
  • 85g molasses
  • 5g cinnamon
Baking Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix the ingredients until you achieve a dough-like consistency.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow the treats to cool before giving them to your horse.

Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 200g shredded carrots
  • 240g canned pumpkin puree
  • 200g oats
  • 85g molasses
  • 5g ginger
Baking Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix the shredded carrots, pumpkin puree, oats, molasses, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin tins or silicone molds.
