At Four Hills Country we want it to feel easy to get in touch, whether you have a quick question about an order, need advice on sizing or rug weights, or want to talk through a bigger purchase. We are a small rural team, but we take customer care seriously and always do our best to respond promptly and thoroughly.

Order Queries
If you are waiting for an order, please check your email inbox for updates first. Your dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you cannot see this, please check your junk or spam folder in case it has been filtered there.
If something does not look quite right with your order, or you are unsure where it has got to, we are here to help. You can contact us using the form on this page or email us directly at help@fourhillscountry.co.uk.
To help us resolve your query quickly, please include:
- your order number,
- the name and postcode on the order, and
- a brief description of the issue (and photographs where relevant).
Returns & Exchanges
If you are thinking about returning an item, please visit our Returns & Refunds page first. It explains which items are eligible, how long you have to return them and how to request a return.
Once you have read the policy, you can start a return by emailing help@fourhillscountry.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you would like to send back. We will then confirm the next steps and provide return instructions.
Need Advice?
Not sure which size to choose, which rug weight is right for your horse, or what might work best for your yard or home? We are always happy to offer friendly, honest advice based on real-world experience.
You can use the contact form or email us at help@fourhillscountry.co.uk with as much detail as you can, for example:
- your horse’s type, workload and turnout routine,
- your usual clothing size or any brands that fit you well,
- what you are hoping the product will help with (problem, season, budget, etc.).
We will do our best to point you in the right direction and suggest suitable options from our range. There is never any pressure to buy – we would rather help you find the right thing once than the wrong thing twice.
Wholesale, Press & Collaboration Enquiries
If you would like to discuss wholesale, brand partnerships, content collaborations or press features, please get in touch via help@fourhillscountry.co.uk with “Wholesale”, “Collaboration” or “Press” in the subject line. Your message will be passed to the right person on our small team.
Our Response Time & Office Hours
We are a small rural business and do not operate a large call centre, but we do monitor our inbox closely and aim to respond as quickly as possible. Most emails receive a reply within 1–2 working days. During very busy periods (for example Christmas or major sale events), it may take a little longer, but we will always get back to you.
Our usual office hours are:
Monday – Friday
10:00am – 3:00pm (UK time)
Messages received outside these hours, or over weekends and Bank Holidays, will be answered on the next working day.
