Business-to-Business (B2B) Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
“The Customer” means the business entity (company, sole trader, partnership) purchasing goods from Four Hills Equestrian.
“The Company” means Four Hills Equestrian Ltd.
“The Contract” means the agreement for sale between the Customer and the Company.
“The Goods” means the products sold by the Company.

2. Applicability
These Terms apply exclusively to business customers purchasing in a commercial capacity. Consumer (private) purchases are subject to separate terms.

3. Order Acceptance
Orders placed by the Customer become binding when accepted by the Company, either by written confirmation or upon processing payment. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after acceptance except at the Company’s discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless agreed otherwise in writing. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders if payments are overdue.

5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery or collection. The Customer must inspect goods on receipt and notify the Company of any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.

6. Title and Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.

7. Cancellation and Returns
Business orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once accepted, except for faulty or damaged goods. Returns require prior authorisation and goods must be in original condition and packaging. Special order or bespoke goods cannot be returned.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
The Company will replace or refund faulty goods proven to be defective upon inspection. Liability is limited to the cost of the goods and does not cover indirect or consequential losses.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for delays, indirect losses, or damages resulting from use of the goods.

10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters).

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
