  • When you place your order for a personalised or made-to-order item, you’ll can opt to pay a 50% deposit upfront. This secures your order and allows us to begin crafting your item specifically for you.

Step 2: Make Any Changes Within 48 Hours

  • You have 48 hours from the time of placing your order to review and make any changes to your customisation details or order. After this period, your order is locked in, and we begin production.

Step 3: Pay the Balance in 28 Days

  • The remaining balance is due 28 days after your order is placed. We’ll send you a reminder, and once you’ve settled the balance, we’ll complete and ship your item.

Important:

Once the 48-hour window has passed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds can be made, as each item is made to your specifications. This policy ensures your item is crafted just for you. However, if the item is faulty upon arrival, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
