Team FH Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Team FH! As a valued brand ambassador or sponsored rider, your participation is vital to our community and success. These terms and conditions outline the expectations, requirements, and benefits of being part of Team FH. By accepting this role, you agree to the following terms:

1. Engagement and Content Creation

1.1. Content Requirements: You are required to create and share at least three (3) pieces of unique content per gifted item. This content can be in the form of social media posts, blog articles, videos, or other creative formats. Each piece of content must include:

A clear and visible link to the Four Hills Equestrian website or the specific product page.
Relevant hashtags and mentions as provided by Team FH.
High-quality images or videos showcasing the gifted items in use.

1.2. Unique Content: Each piece of content must be unique and cannot be a repurposed version of the same photo or video.

1.3. Approval and Guidelines: All content should be consistent with the Team FH brand image and values. You may be required to submit content for approval before posting. Team FH will provide specific guidelines and hashtags for each campaign or product.

2. Representation and Conduct

2.1. Brand Representation: As a Team FH ambassador or sponsored rider, you are expected to represent the brand positively and professionally. This includes adhering to ethical standards, maintaining a public image that aligns with Four Hills Equestrian Ltd values, and avoiding any actions that could harm the brand’s reputation.

2.2. Behaviour and Integrity: Ambassadors and sponsored riders must demonstrate integrity and sportsmanship at all times, both online and offline. Negative behaviour, misconduct, or any actions that conflict with Team FH values may result in termination of the sponsorship or ambassador agreement.

3. Use of Intellectual Property

3.1. Rights to Content: By creating content for Four Hills Equestrian Ltd, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute the content across our marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional materials.

3.2. Brand Assets: You will be provided with Four Hills Equestrian Ltd logos, banners, and other marketing materials. These assets should only be used in the manner outlined in the guidelines provided.

4. Compensation and Benefits

4.1. Gifted Items: You may be gifted items from Four Hills Equestrian Ltd as part of your role. These items are to be used for creating content as specified in section 1.

4.2. Discounts and Offers: As a Team FH ambassador or sponsored rider, you may receive exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and other special offers.

4.3. Event Participation: You may be invited to participate in events, photoshoots, or other promotional activities. Participation in these events will be voluntary unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Duration and Termination

5.1. Term: This agreement is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of acceptance, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.

5.2. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Four Hills Equestrian Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time and withdraw support immediately in cases of misconduct, breach of terms, or failure to meet content creation requirements.

5.3. Content Requirement Compliance: If you fail to share three (3) unique pieces of content per gifted item within 60 days of receiving them, Four Hills Equestrian Ltd reserves the right to charge you the full retail price of those items.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Non-Disclosure: You agree to keep any confidential information shared by Four Hills Equestrian Ltd private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent. This may include, but is not limited to, upcoming products & events.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Modification of Terms: Four Hills Equestrian Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

7.2. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Four Hills Equestrian Ltd operates.

By joining Team FH as a brand ambassador or sponsored rider, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We are excited to have you on board and look forward to a successful collaboration!
